"Outstanding Service"
I wanted to compliment your service department on the outstanding customer service they provided me this morning. I have a Highlander and since purchasing it have moved around the country quite a bit. The service I received from your dealership was significantly superior to service I have received at any other Toyota Dealership. You set the standard for which other dealerships should strive to achieve. Until recently I also owned a Mercedes SUV. The Mercedes service department could also learn quite a bit from your. Never did I receive the level of customer service at one of their dealerships like what I experienced today! Please pass on my thanks to your staff for a great job.

"Collision Repair Center"
A few months ago, we used the body shop for the first time with our 2008 Sienna (driveway accident-don't ask). Lonnie King went above and beyond the call of duty to make a section of the van (that we opted not to repair) look as good as possible. The whole thing looks fabulous. You can't even tell that it was ever damaged. We were impressed with Lonnie's knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. Please let him know how please we are!

I was so pleased with the way it rode and I loved my heated seat, we left Cleveland in the snow! The long ride was smooth and comfortable. Someone even helped me with my bluetooth setup. A loaner to run to the mall while options were installed? Who does that nowadays. I wanted to let you know about the exceptional service we received recently from your Collision Center. Lonnie King went above and beyond what I expected when our white 2008 Sienna needed to be repaired. The shop was able to touch up a part of the vehicle that we had decided not to repair, and they did a fabulous job. (There was no insurance claim associated with this repair.) In addition, the car was cleaned inside and out, and looked almost brand new again. It made what had been an embarrassing driveway accident a little easier to bear. Please let Lonnie and Derek Lester, the collision center manager, know how much we appreciate their way of doing business.
